Junior Administrative Grade: The pay scale for a Junior Administrative Grade IAS officer ranges from Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 1,25,700 per month. The grade pay is Rs. 25,000.

Selection Grade: The pay scale for a Selection Grade IAS officer ranges from Rs. 1,18,500 to Rs. 2,14,100 per month. The grade pay is Rs. 30,000.

Super Time Scale: The pay scale for a Super Time Scale IAS officer ranges from Rs. 1,82,200 to Rs. 2,24,100 per month. The grade pay is Rs. 35,000.

Above Super Time Scale: The pay scale for an Above Super Time Scale IAS officer ranges from Rs. 2,25,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per month. The grade pay is Rs. NIL.
